HAC tool is a abbr for Health-Armor Comparation tool. Using this tool you can compare which POCer is better against different stoppers.
If a stopper is hitting you with Central Point Damage (CPD), both POCcers will die at the same rate.
If enemy stopper has higher damage than 0 the unit with

By default the form is filled with values for Wraiths (26952/56) and Quorgs (13878/192). The result (CPD = 336.4) is meaning that while POCing under attack of units with damage less then 336.4 your Quorgs are better (more Armor) but in the other case Wraiths are (more Health).

2 The alien HP breakpoint is 8000. So below 8000 HP Tendon Enhancer is better (added 450 HP) but above Minor Carpace is better.
